Wanda B. Lydon

A member of San Antonio Symphony for many years, Wanda joined the Mid-Texas Symphony in 1992. She spent her summers at Des Moines Metro Opera, Lake George Opera Company, Houston Symphony and Civic Orchestra of Chicago. Her roots run deep in the Mid-West having attended Interlochen Arts Academy. Wanda always made time to visit her famous relative, Forrest L. Buchtel, composer/arranger and Jessie M. Buchtel. Currently, Wanda does freelance orchestral work and is affiliated with Vivo Chamber Players. An advocate for Live Music, Wanda does solo work for local music club members.
